Alpha Primary School is building on the outstanding success of Alpha Pre-Nursery and Nursery School. The children are growing up fast and the Primary School is being built on land adjacent to the Nursery.  In January 2009 Phase One  will be completed with Primary 1 and Primary 2 classes up and running.

Alpha Primary School started up in January 2008 with 15 pupils, 7 of whom graduated from the nursery section in November 2007. At that time a temporary classroom was built adjacent to the nursery school.

Some land next to the campus has since been donated and the building work has begun.

Sponsor a Nursery Place

If you would like to sponsor a place in the Nursery for a child who would otherwise have no chance of going to school because of poverty we can arrange it.

£25.00 per month is sufficient to give a little child a hope and a future.

PRIMARY SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIP FUND
For orphans and children living in poverty

On Eagles Wings has set up a special scholarship fund to receive donations towards the annual fees for children without parents or whose parents cannot afford school fees.

£50.00 per month is what it costs Alpha to support a primary school place for a poor child. This covers fees, uniforms, school materials and equipment, extra feeding programme, medicines etc. It reflects the longer school days and the extra costs associated with educating older children.

If you can contribute something, however large or small, it will be combined with other donations and allocated to the children who need it most.

Please contact us for further details.

THE VISION of Alpha Community Academy is to invest love and care in the early stages of Rwandan children’s development in a society that has experienced so much pain and suffering.

This will not only benefit the children and their parents or carers, but also the future of the nation of Rwanda
